Vijay Sikka is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sikka Software Corporation. He is a healthcare informatics expert with more than 18 years of software development and quality experience including large scale projects with National Institutes of Health, Glaxo Smith Kline, Roche and UCSF affiliates. In 1996, Vijay founded IBrain Software, Inc., a business intelligence company, and served as its CEO until its acquisition in 1998 by Entigen Corporation, that later became part of Roche.

Vijay holds an M.S. degree from Syracuse University New York, pursued graduate studies in neurosciences at Stanford University, and is a Registered Continuing Education Provider with the Dental Board of California. He is a speaker in quality conferences and participates in W3C standards groups. Tony Bojorquez is our Director of Training and has completed 4+ years with Sikka Software Corporation. He completed undergraduate work at Santa Clara University and received his Graduate degree in Jurisprudence (J.D). Tony has worked in dentistry for 16 years as office manager and group administrator both at solo practices and also group practices including Interdent. Tony is certified by ACLD, WCLI, DOCS and PAC LIVE. He uses his experience in consulting and advising dentists in the management of practices through his leadership and one on one role as training and professional services department.

Sam Mishra heads our Product Leadership Team and is our Head of Products. Sam assists our CEO in chalking the needed product strategies and creating the roadmap for our flagship Practice Optimizer product line and for all products / solutions built on top of our proprietary Sikka Platform. Sam has 20 years of experience in software engineering, product development, product management, product marketing, product strategy, and marketing strategy. Sam has worked with products such as Quality Optimizer for a start-up called Appresso USA and Design Winner for a start-up called Beganto in the past. In Beganto, he was responsible for overall product management and product delivery for a SaaS product based on an off-shored product development model. Sam has prior experience working with top-tier consulting / fortune 500 firms including Deloitte, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Tandem Computers (now part of HP), Sun Microsystems (now part of Oracle), Goodyear Tire and Rubber, and Nissan Motors. Sam earned his MBA from MIT Sloan School, where he was a merit award nominee; and his Bachelor’s Degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. Deanne Paredes is Director of Customer Care for Sikka Software Corporation. Deanne has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, having worked with both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. In the past, Deanne was Inside Sales Manager for Dexis Digital Radiography, where she was responsible for inside sales. While at Dexis, she worked closely with senior management to achieve revenue targets, was responsible for implementing innovative sales incentive programs and oversaw all hiring of inside sales personnel. Immediately prior to joining Sikka Software, Deanne was Inside Sales Manager for a leading group of surgical centers, where she, among other things, was responsible for introducing freestanding ambulatory surgical center methodology to Europe, specifically London.

Roger Telegan heads our Channel Partnerships Group. Roger received his Bachelor's degree from U.C. Irvine. Following that he worked for nearly a decade with AT&T and subsequently as an entrepreneur for analyzing and meeting information technology demands. Roger strives to analyze customer needs, recommend appropriate cost effective solutions and quickly implements changes. Roger has managed a very successful local dental practice for several years and is active in charities and missions. Roger brings a lot of energy and dynamism to help other dentists and staff members through training and personalized one to one coaching.
Roger resides in the Central Valley of California with his wife and newly born sweet son - Nicholas. Our training, account and communication specialists includes more than 8 practicing dentists through out the United States.

Nilesh Pathak is National Account Executive. Nilesh has worked in dental software industry for more than 5 years. Nilesh holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Pune University. He started his career as a systems engineer in BPL Mobile. Following that he has worked in C-DAC, which is one of the most renowned research centers for advanced computing in India. Prior to National Account Executive Nilesh was the head of software development and engineering. He has sound knowledge of the US Dental domain and technology. Being with SIKKA from last five years he has hands on experience on SIKKA products and help enterprise clients to fulfill their needs and requirements proactively. He is responsible for identifying and analyzing customers’ needs, automate the processes through software application, choose the technology and platform, and deliver quality products to Sikka enterprise customers.
Nilesh resides in Silicon Valley with his wife and a cute daughter.
