PHASE ZERO
We expect the office to review all the training videos on this site.
PHASE ONE
The first would be an overview of the site with emphasis on user-ability for about 60 minutes to introduce the management team as to how to navigate, print, request reports, select offices, etc. This first training would answer all the technical questions for the managers and allow them to flirt with the site and drive it during the interim between PHASE ONE and PHASE TWO. The objective here is to overcome the technical questions and allow the user to not be distracted with the common questions, "how did you get from that section over to this one?" or "how did you narrow this This inundates the trainer and deflects from the team understanding the true purpose of the training, which is to be able to learn how to leverage the reports and the data.
PHASE TWO
The training would be geared for TOP level management to understand leverage the reports to aid in decision making on daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. This training would be filled with solutions and direction to questions pertaining to different facets of the operations. The software is filled with reports and quantitative findings that warrants for the trainer to understanding the company's objectives in order for us to learn how to use the tool to make better decisions.
PHASE THREE
This phase would be for the office level user. It is essential for TOP level management to use the findings and equally important for the office level managers to know how to read and interpret the reports. Transparency of how the office is performing against itself over time is necessary and deserves its own seperate training of our office managers. This would be curtailed to the ACCESS levels that TOP management deems appropriate for the office level user, with the suggestion of SIKKA trainers.
