Hi Vijay,
Just wanted to give you an update on how Sikka Software is working for us.
It has allowed us to really dig into our accounts receivable. We are currently
using Softdent, (moving to Dentrix currently), so we wanted to clean up some old
accounts. It turns out that our beloved office manager, because of her responsibilities,
hasn't been as tenacious with some outstanding patient and INSURANCE billing follow
ups as she should have been.
With Sikka pulling out this information, it has allowed us access to the information
that heretofore we couldn't easily extract from Softdent. Also, because we
can list the columns as our needs dictate, ie alpha, age, $, etc. when it is exported
to excel, the info is easily understood, and follow up is expedited.
We have also used Sikka to monitor patients who haven't been in for 18+ months,
we have a staff member assigned to that task of follow-up as well. Once we
are comfortable with Dentrix, we will have your team remap. Also, because
we have gone digital with 13 workstations and a dedicated server, we will have your
staff move Sikka to our file server, which we have remote access to, then Dr. Grossman
and I can access, Dentrix, Sikka and Quickbooks from home as well.
Sikkasoft continues to be an integral part of our practice management. As the economy has changed, it has allowed us access to information that Dentrix is not able to provide. Thanks again for your great product.
