CPO 2.4 Features
1) Optimization done in CPO for single practice and also in CPO Enterprise for multiple practices.  
2) Improvements done in Trend Analysis Report.
3) Implemented new Detailed Trend Analysis Report, which will show the sub total by provider for the KPIs on Trend Analysis Report.
Also, user can see the Total (i.e. sum) of all providers for number or dollar KPIs and Average of all providers for percentage KPIs on the same Detailed Trend Analysis report.
So, this way even CPO export this report in .pdf format user will get total clear picture of his / her entire practice by provider.
4) Now, in CPO there will be two different Trend Analysis. First one, which will show Trend Analysis Summary. This report, is also having Zoom Ins capability on the report, which shows by provider sub total after double clicking on particular KPI on the Trend Analysis Summary report.
Second one, which is already mentioned above that is “Detailed Trend Analysis”.
Both this report can be sent out through email.
5) Implemented new Customize Report.
i. User can create Customize Report as per their requirement. User can create as many different types of procedure categories and those procedure categories can be included in Customize Report.
Following are the screen shots of Customize Report:

ii. Customize Report displays Procedure Categories frequency (i.e. Procedure Performed Qty) and Gross Production of those Procedure Categories. 

ii. User can see this Customize Report data by month, by Last Four Weeks and by any date range.
iv. User can see this Customize Report data by Provider as well as by different Practices.
v. User can receive this Customize Report through email.
vi. For Multiple Practices, user can see and receive this Customize Report data in rolled up fashion.

6) Now in CPO each and every report (i.e. more than 120 reports) can be exported and sent out through email in following format: i)  PDF ii)   DOC   iii)  EXCEL   iv) CSV

7) Implemented new traffic signals in CPO. So, if user prints the reports in black and white format they will be able to identify, which KPIs are meeting the goals and which are not.

8) Added Customize Procedure Report.
User can create Customize Procedure categories under Customize Procedure Code Category UI. Those Customize Procedure Categories can be sent out through email.
CPO 2.3 Features
1) Implemented SSL (Secure Socket Layer). CPO will upload and download data from SIKKA web server through highly secure 128 bit encryption channel. It is impossible to hack the data.

2) Implemented Date Range (From date – To date) to all KPIs in CPO. Also ‘Quick-Select’ is having more options now. Now you can see your data for a day, a week, a month or for years. It is so easy!

3) All new CPO Dashboard, which shows 15 KPI graphs on one screen. In single view dentist will be able to see 15 KPI graphs with Red and Green Signals by provider. Users can click on it to zoom-in more details. This dashboard is completely customizable, users can remove or add graphs from more than 100 KPIs.

4) Added Search facility in CPO. Now user will not have find KPIs from more than 100 KPIs list. User will have to just type the KPI name in CPO Search box. CPO Search will display the result in fraction of seconds.

5) Implemented ‘Most Viewed KPIs’ that is “Sikka Global View” and “Group Global View” (e.g. “Dental Group Global View”). By this feature user can see 15 most viewed KPIs by all Sikka clients and by all group clients on CPO Dashboard. User can also make these views as default dashboard. Isn’t it interesting!

6) Added ‘Compare Analysis’ for All CPO KPIs. In this GUI user will be able to compare same KPIs / metric graph for different time frames.

7) Implemented ‘Forecasting’ for all ratio analysis. Compare your data with National Data Set. You can select for which %ile national data you want to compare your data. You will get amazed to see this feature. SIKKA updating their database daily so you will get the latest data everyday, through live updates, automatically!!

8) Added Forecasting Report for all ratio analysis. It’s a place where you can see all your forecasting data on a page. You can print it on a paper for your future reference or you can export it to WORD/ EXCEL/ PDF/ HTML. You can send those exported files through emails.

9) Improvements done in Forecasting UI. By default CPO Forecasting UI will display all provider data on both graphs (i.e. bar chart and line chart). When user will select particular provider from data grid then Forecasting UI will display only that selected provider data on both graphs (i.e. bar chart and line chart). This feature will be useful where number of providers are large especially for CPO Enterprise. Please see following screen shot for more info:

10) Added date range capability in ‘Send Reports by email’ option. User can set different date ranges to different reports and will receive reports through emails.

11) User can send same reports to multiple email ids by entioning comma after each email id. This feature will be useful when user has to send same set of reports to multiple email ids.

12) Added Total and Average for each column (i.e. for Actual, Goal, Percentile and National columns) in almost all CPO reports.

13) Plotting 4341, 4341.2, 4341.3 and 4341.4 metrics values in one analysis with stack bars pattern.

14) Added new analysis ‘Doctors Chairs Available’. This will help you track chairs time available in you dental practice by provider.

15) Added new analysis ‘Production Per Chair Per Hour’

16) Added new analysis ‘Number of Dental Assistant’ in Doctor Reports -> Case Acceptance.

17) Added new analysis ‘Production Per Dental Assistant Per Hour’ in Doctor Reports -> Case Acceptance.

18) On mapping screen we have provided separate link for Dentist, Hygienist, Assistant, and Associate. Also auto-fill provided to search a provider quickly within a big list. This way mapping will be easy for large practices.

19) In CPO v2.2, user can add their own Customized Procedure Categories and this Customize Procedure Categories will get display under Office Reports as Customized Procedure Categories.

20) Set Goal UI is improved and now it is more users friendly. In Set Goal user can set goals for multiple providers simultaneously.

21) CPO will extract settings from DPO. 22) Added ‘Quick Help’, which will explain how the KPI graph is plotted and how the formula is implemented. This will help users to understand the software quickly.

23) Once user selected practices on the first screen those are getting memorize automatically. Next time, whenever user will open CPO last time selected practices will be checked there automatically.

24) Changed the KPI name Fixed Prosthetics to Total Indirect Restorations.

25) Added ‘Provider Mapping’ Report.
