1. Registration

Step 1: |
Go to www.FSOonDemand.com
|
|
Step 2:

Click “Sign up” (if you have already registered log in to FSO OnDemand)
|
|
Step 3:
|
Fill in your key information and click “Submit”
|
|
Step 4:
|
Please check your email to confirm Registration and obtained confirmation #
|
2. Download
|
|
Step 1: |
Log in to www.FSOonDemand.com
|
|
Step 2:
|
Click on “My Fees -> Upload fees” menu tab.
|
|
|
*If you don’t see “My Fees” tab then go to the home page, enter your email address and password, click “Sign in”.
|
3. Installation
|
|
Step 1: |
Run FSOODSETUP.exe file and follow the instructions.
|
|
Step 2:
|
Install FSO OnDemand utility. After installation it will ask username and password.
|
|
|
*Note: Practice management system and FSO OnDemand utility should be on same computer
|
Activation
|
|
|
Note: Please ensure you’re connected to the internet
|
|
Step 3:
|
Fill in your username and password and click “OK” button
|
4. Optimize fee
|
|
Step 1: |
Go to “My Fees -> Production data” menu tab.
*If you don’t see “My Fees” tab then go to the home page, enter your email address and password, click “Sign in”.

Step 2:
|
Select procedure codes from list to optimize.
|
|
Step 3:
|
click “Optimize”
|
|
Step 4:
|
Fill in your payment details and click “Continue”.
|
|
Step 5:
|
Review your order and click “Complete”.
|
|
Step 6:
|
Now you can see new fee for selected procedures.
|
|
Step 7:
|
You should receive 2 emails from FSO OnDemand:
1) Order confirmation email.
2) FSO OnDemand report
[1.Fee comparison report 2. New fee report]
