From 1999 and onwards it has been working under the directions of Sikka Software Corporation for the intention of providing best of class software solutions to American Dental and Medical Community. The company which is 100% export oriented leverages its highly experienced Indian software development and testing talent, built over the past 6 years in its Indian development center to provide development, testing, QA and localization services in an outsourced model. Our principals have more than 40 years of combined experience working in dentistry, information technology and software. This includes working for large organizations, private dental practice, entrepreneurial ventures and medical informatics. We believe that a company is more than the sum of its parts. Maj. Gen. R. K. Joshi, Alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur started his company "iBrain Decision Software" after retiring from Defense Service in 1996.

He served in The Indian defense establishment for thirty-six years after graduating in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. During his service with the defense forces he obtained Master's Degree from Cranfield Institute of Technology, U. K. and also a Master's Degree in Management Science. He held important senior Management positions in Various Defense Establishments during this period. Just prior to retirement, he was Director of a Research and Development Establishment.

Presently he is managing iBrain Decision Software, which has been exclusively engaged in developing and testing software products for Sikka Software Corporation , 830 Hillview Court, Suite 290 Milpitas, CA - 95035 since the inception of the later.
