Dear Vijay,
We have used Practice Works for approximately ten years. We record production, collections, AR, all adjustments and no. of new patients from the Daily Recap Sheet in PW on a daily basis. Sikka Software’s DPO, does it for me, so I do not have to record anything.
I would be remised, however if I did not mention the usefulness of “Today’s Patient AR Information”. This report lists today’s patients with their outstanding balance if they have one. Then at check out, we collect the outstanding balance. With Practice Works, the patient’s outstanding balance is on the patient’s Router. This is an inconvenience because we have to go through each Router of approximately 50 per day and circle the outstanding balance. Then when the patient brings the Router to the front desk to check out we try to remember to collect the outstanding balance.
I am extremely pleased with Sikka Software’s DPO and recommended it highly to anyone that is interested in tracking production and financials information for his or her dental office.
