  We have been working with Vijay and the Sikka Soft team since 2003. We were the first customer to purchase Sikka’s Fee Schedule Optimizer. FSO took the guess work and randomness out of setting and raising our fees. Because of the success we were experiencing with FSO, in 2006, we decided to try the Dental Practice Optimize program. The DPO is easy to use and gives you detailed information about your practice: Where you are heading and the exact areas that need adjustments so you can steer your practice to where you really want to go! Since starting the DPO we have attended two of Sikka’s events. In December 2006 the doctor and entire staff attended a one day seminar in Monterey, CA. The months to follow were the best production, collection and overall team morale months we had ever had. In April 2008, the doctor and staff attended the Friday meetings of the Sikka Summit. Again, the month to follow was outstanding. Vijay Sikka has had a tremendous influence on our practice. We are reaching goals now we had never even imagined before we met Vijay. The team at Sikka Soft is very helpful and knowledgeable, are always working to update their products, open to suggestions and looking for ways to improve.
