Dear Vijay:
We actually have had Dental Practice Optimizer in our office for awhile now but
“why do I need another software product” is how I felt about it. Well that has
changed. Now that I understand more clearly the great benefits and information
I can get from DPO I am right on board. DISCLAIMER: I have no vested interest
in DPO, just sharing a good thing with all of you.
The fact that it merges info from our bookkeeping software with our practice
management software to give us great info is neat. Reports that we would have
to jump through hoops for before combining this and that are right there. And
it is getting better everyday as they listen to their users to improve their
product.
As a Team member working with the numbers and wanting to know how we are doing
it is fantastic. So my hat is off to Vijay Sikka and his team for developing a
great product, for helping us see the potential in our offices and the path we
are on. It was worth hanging in there for, just hope everyone does not get this
cold. If you have not had the opportunity to check DPO out take a few minutes
to do a conference call with them and your key Team members to learn how it can
work in your office.
