Optimization of the fee schedule is a great move. That Dental Practice Optimizer and Fee Schedule Optimizer are pretty amazing software packages, that use a lot of variables to "optimize" the fees- like frequency of doing the procedure, the time necessary to do the procedure and on and on. Very sophisticated, and although you can see what the percentiles actually are, the suggested fees typically have nothing to do with that, unless your fees are below the percentile you want. I was impressed.
