I agree to not let the dentist client use this product unless the dentist chooses to purchase Dental Practice Optimizer® and pays
       retail price ($495 setup and $495 per month) to Sikka Software Corporation.
 I understand that as per my financial agreement with Sikka Software Corporation, unless specified otherwise, this is a 12 month
       upfront payment agreement and there is no refund once the software is received or installed on my dentist client’s computer.
I understand that as per End User License Agreement I will not reverse engineer, copy, duplicate or distribute DPOPA.
