The "Book a Self-Driving Practice Demo, Get a $25 Gift Card" promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Sikka Software Corporation, a California corporation with its principal place of business at 2870 Zanker Rd, Suite 120, San Jose, CA 95134 ("Sikka," "we," "us," or "our"). The Promotion is intended to introduce qualified dental and veterinary practice professionals to Sikka's Self-Driving Practice product ("SDP").
The Promotion begins on October 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 15, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"), unless earlier modified, suspended, or terminated by Sikka in accordance with Section 10. To qualify, a demo must be booked during the Promotion Period; the demo itself may be scheduled for a date after the Promotion Period ends, provided it is completed no later than October 31, 2026. Sikka may run the Promotion through multiple channels, and the Reward may differ by channel.
By booking a demo in response to this Promotion, you ("Participant" or "you") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not participate.
To be eligible for the Reward, a Participant must, at the time of booking and at the time of the demo:
Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher);
Be a legal resident of the United States or Canada;
Be an owner, partner, practice manager, office manager, administrator, clinical or business decision-maker, or other authorized representative of a dental practice, veterinary practice, dental service organization (DSO), veterinary group, or similar organization that is a prospective customer for SDP (an "Eligible Organization");
Book the demo using a valid business email address associated with the Eligible Organization (personal email domains such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.com may be rejected at Sikka's discretion); and
Provide accurate, complete, and current information during booking and verification.
Sikka reserves the right to request reasonable documentation to verify eligibility, including the Participant's role and the Eligible Organization's status.
The following are not eligible to receive the Reward:
Current or former employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Sikka or its affiliates, and the immediate family or household members of any of the foregoing;
Employees or representatives of Sikka's resellers, channel partners, or affiliated marketing agencies;
Organizations that are current Sikka customers or that have booked or completed an SDP demo within the preceding 12 months;
Employees, contractors, or representatives of a company that develops, markets, or sells products competitive with SDP;
Students, job seekers, consultants, researchers, journalists, analysts, or any individual participating for a purpose other than a good-faith evaluation of SDP for an Eligible Organization;
Government employees and officials, and employees of government-owned or publicly funded institutions, where acceptance of the Reward would violate applicable law, regulation, or institutional policy;
Any individual whose receipt of the Reward would violate their employer's policies or any applicable professional, ethical, or anti-kickback rule; and
Any individual who has previously received a Reward under this Promotion or any substantially similar Sikka promotion.
Participants are solely responsible for confirming that acceptance of the Reward is permitted under their employer's policies and applicable law. Sikka may require a Participant to confirm employer approval before fulfilling the Reward.
To qualify for the Reward, a Participant must complete all of the following (the "Qualifying Action"):
Book a Self-Driving Practice demo during the Promotion Period through the booking link or method designated by Sikka;
Attend the demo live, in full, at the scheduled time (approximately 30 minutes), with camera or audio participation sufficient for Sikka to confirm attendance; and
Participate in good faith, including engaging with the Sikka representative and answering reasonable qualifying questions about the Eligible Organization.
The following do not satisfy the Qualifying Action: no-shows; cancellations; demos that end early at the Participant's request; demos attended by someone other than the registered Participant; watching a recorded demo; attending a webinar, group presentation, or trade show demo; or booking without attending. A demo may be rescheduled once; a second missed or rescheduled demo forfeits eligibility unless Sikka agrees otherwise.
Completion of a demo does not automatically guarantee receipt of the Reward. Eligibility and completion of the Qualifying Action are subject to verification and final determination by Sikka.
The reward is one (1) Amazon.com digital gift card with a face value of twenty-five U.S. dollars (US$25.00) (the "Reward"), subject to availability, eligibility verification, and these Terms.
Delivery. The Reward will be delivered electronically to the business email address used to book the demo, typically within 14 days after Sikka verifies completion of the Qualifying Action. Sikka is not responsible for Rewards undeliverable due to inaccurate email addresses, spam filtering, or email system restrictions. Participants must claim any undelivered Reward within 60 days of the demo date.
Substitution. Sikka reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Reward with a gift card from a different issuer or another item of approximately equal value if the stated Reward is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, or otherwise impracticable to fulfill.
Limits. Limit of one (1) Reward per Participant and one (1) Reward per Eligible Organization, regardless of the number of locations, employees, or individuals who book demos. Sikka may further limit the Promotion to one Reward per email domain, mailing address, affiliated group, or ownership structure where reasonably necessary to prevent duplication, abuse, or circumvention of these Terms.
No cash value. The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, and has no cash surrender value. The Reward may not be redeemed for cash, credit, discounts on Sikka products or services, or any other item of value, and may not be sold or bartered.
Third-party issuer. Use of the Reward is subject to the terms, conditions, expiration policies, and restrictions of the gift card issuer. Any reference to a gift card brand is solely to identify the Reward; the issuer is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this Promotion, and Sikka is not responsible for any issuer product, service, balance, expiration, fee, or support matter.
Taxes. Any tax liability arising from receipt of the Reward is the sole responsibility of the Participant. Sikka may collect taxpayer information and issue tax reporting forms where required by law.
No purchase or payment is necessary to participate or receive the Reward. Receipt of the Reward is not conditioned on purchasing, subscribing to, or recommending any Sikka product or service, and the Reward is not a rebate, discount, or credit toward any purchase. The Reward is provided solely as compensation for the Participant's time in evaluating SDP.
The Promotion is not a lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance. Every Participant who completes the Qualifying Action and satisfies all eligibility requirements will receive the Reward, subject to these Terms.
Sikka may verify any aspect of a Participant's eligibility, booking, attendance, organization status, and compliance with these Terms. If Sikka reasonably suspects fraudulent or abusive behavior — including gaming the system, duplicate bookings, use of multiple identities or email addresses, false or misleading information, participation for competitive or non-evaluation purposes, violation of employer policies or applicable law, or any other violation of these Terms — Sikka may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the Participant, withhold or revoke the Reward, cancel the demo, and pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity. Sikka's decisions regarding eligibility and fulfillment are final.
SDP is designed for use in healthcare settings. Participants must not share, upload, display, or discuss any protected health information (PHI), patient records, or other personally identifiable patient or client data during the demo. Demos use sample or de-identified data only. Sikka does not act as a business associate under HIPAA in connection with any demo, and no business associate agreement is created by participation in this Promotion. Participants are solely responsible for any PHI they disclose in violation of this Section.
By participating, you acknowledge that Sikka may collect, use, store, and disclose personal information — including your name, business email address, phone number, organization name, role, practice type and size, software currently in use, eligibility information, and demo-related communications — for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, scheduling and conducting the demo, preventing fraud, fulfilling the Reward, complying with legal obligations, and marketing Sikka products and services to you in accordance with applicable law. Sikka may share this information with service providers, gift card fulfillment vendors, scheduling platforms, CRM providers, and other third parties as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Demos may be recorded for training, quality, and record-keeping purposes; Participants will be notified at the start of any recorded session and may decline to be recorded.
Sikka's handling of personal information is governed by the Sikka Privacy Policy at www.sikka.ai/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing email or by contacting privacy@sikka.ai. Opting out of marketing does not affect your eligibility for the Reward.
Sikka reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms, or to suspend, withdraw, extend, or terminate the Promotion in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including in the event of fraud, technical failure, budget limits, regulatory concerns, or any other cause beyond Sikka's reasonable control. Participants who have fully completed the Qualifying Action prior to such termination will receive the Reward unless otherwise prohibited by law or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating you release and hold harmless Sikka, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and gift card issuers (the "Released Parties") from any claim, loss, damage, or liability arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, misuse, or inability to use the Reward, including any lost, stolen, expired, misdirected, or undelivered Reward. In no event will the Released Parties' aggregate liability to any Participant in connection with the Promotion exceed US$25.00.
The Released Parties are not responsible for technical malfunctions, scheduling system errors, incomplete or garbled bookings, or any human or electronic error in the administration of the Promotion.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Jose, Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to such jurisdiction.
Void where prohibited. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sikka may exclude any jurisdiction where the Promotion would be unlawful or require registration, bonding, or other compliance steps Sikka elects not to undertake.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Sikka Privacy Policy and the applicable promotional materials, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sikka regarding the Promotion. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms control.
No waiver. Sikka's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
